DPI Territorial has recently established a relationship with a Canadian-based company (Carbon Credit Corporation) to work with local communities and landowners to locate, assess, and help manage forested areas in Mexico that sequester carbon as described here. These can ultimately generate carbon credits to offset emissions in other countries.
